This is where our meditation system comes in. Unlike traditional meditation practices, it requires no training, beliefs, or intense practice. Finding a quiet place for meditation is not always easy, especially in a family home. The TV is always on, external noise pollution, the list is endless. Listened to with headphones, the audio technology encoded in our recordings guides the mind to a meditative state. This takes a few minutes to achieve. No need to learn any technique (listening is enough). Headphones help to cut out distracting noises. With our system, you are more likely to start and maintain a regular meditation practice.

Just sit in a comfortable chair, listen and get the many benefits meditation offers! What could be easier? So, forget that clichéd image of monks meditating on a hilltop, contemplating life.

How to use MeditationWare Meditation System:

We recommend beginners to follow the progressive path. Start with the base 14-minute session at level 1 with two extra minutes per level. An experienced meditator may choose to start at a higher level. We recommend starting with level 6 or 7.

We recommend using a good pair of headphones with our meditation system. It helps to block out the unwanted environmental noise and makes the system more efficient.
Using headphones, it is possible to meditate anywhere. For instance, on a bus or on a plane! Experienced meditators can do this, but it is a difficult skill to master.
The system is still effective on regular speakers, but less so than headphones.

System Contents:

Four recording styles:

  • Relaxing music
  • Guided meditation
  • Ambiance
  • Pink noise + ambiance

Flexible session lengths:

  • 14-minute starter sessions
  • Progressive sessions (+2 minutes per level)
  • Three extended sessions (in the “Complete” membership)
  • Level 1 includes seven tracks – Levels 2-10 includes 11 tracks (High-quality MP3 recordings)


The system is ultra flexible. The base session length is 14 minutes, with 2 minutes added per level. Level 10 is 32 minutes. We realize long sessions are not suitable for everyone.  14-minute sessions of the four styles provided with each level.

It is also very suitable for experienced meditators.

When Will I See Results?

How to meditate and get results is one of the most common questions for beginner meditators. This question is understandable, as meditation takes some time commitment.
Most users see positive results within days. This includes better sleep, feeling more relaxed and focused. Others will notice the changes in you too. In fact, positive comments from others, especially family members, is great motivation.
You should expect to see longer-term improvements in health and emotional stability. Some benefits are cumulative. For instance, you meditate, feel happy and start a new exercise practice, it all adds up.
I used to suffer from stress and worry, with resultant bouts of bad feeling and temper – for me, this now a thing of the past.
Meditation won’t make all stressful situations go away, that’s just part of life. But it offers the tools to cope and put things in perspective.
